Mirus IT Solutions Expand Into A New Office

The Mirus team has seen positive growth over the last couple of years and as a result, new members of staff and an increased number of IT projects has seen the current Crownhill office reach its capacity. Michael Riccioni – Engineer of the Quarter

Our Engineer of the Quarter Award has been given to Michael Riccioni for providing and delivering outstanding customer service as well as a ‘Can do’ attitude.

In the short time Michael has been with us he consistently delivered and exceeded our expectations and Michael has shown our customers and the support team here at Mirus that he has the skills and professional attitude that is required to continue to provide the highest level of Proactive IT Support.

We’d like to thank Michael for his continued efforts in the Mirus Service Desk and are delighted that all of our engineers continue to perform to a very high standard.

Mirus open a new office – In South Africa!

Mirus have recently opened an office in South Africa. The new office is in Cape Town in which Hjalmar and Pierre provide proactive IT support to our customers. Their extensive experience and depth of knowledge is of the highest calibre as they deal with client issues and projects on a daily basis.

With technology progressing forward, working remotely has become much easier and seamless. Mirus use the latest technology to enable our Cape Town office to provide Proactive IT Support to our customers.

Many of our customers know Hjalmar very well as he has been at Mirus for some years now. Pierre is new Mirus but already showing his commitment to excellent customer service, the Mirus way!

Mirus Complete The 3 Peaks Challenge 2010!

The Mirus team have completed the 3 peaks challenge! Within 24 hours!

On Friday at 5pm the team set out for Scotland. At 3am on Saturday morning (after having no sleep on Friday night) the team began climbing the monster that is Ben Nevis. The summit, at 1,344 metres (4,409 ft) above sea level makes Ben Nevis the highest mountain in the British Isles. It is located at the western end of the Grampian Mountains in the Lochaber area of the Scottish Highlands, close to the town of Fort William. Continue reading →

Even more 3 Peaks training success!

3 brave 3-peakers faced Scafell Pike (The highest Mountain in England, 3,209 ft high) on Saturday in preparation for the Mirus 3 peaks challenge on May 15th 2010. Paul Tomlinson, Paul Thorpe and Carl Fitch completed the difficult climb in just under 3 hours 40 minutes. Continue reading →
